Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your BLACKBOX purchase. Every BLACKBOX system comes with a 7‑day satisfaction guarantee.

7‑day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Returns are return‑to‑base (you arrange and cover return freight to us). Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding original and return shipping) to your original payment method.

Warranty

From the original date of purchase, residential use only:

• BLACKBOX tanks — 20 years
• 750W Ryobi pumps — 3 years
• 750W & 1100W Trevoli pumps — 2 years
• FAWS alarm systems — 1 year

Warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
