Shipping is charged per product and by region. At checkout, choose the option that matches your delivery address:
- North Island — Urban
- North Island — Rural (RD)
- South Island — Urban
- South Island — Rural (RD)
Free Store Pickup is available from our Dairy Flat location — just select it at checkout.
Terms and Returns Policy
New Zealand Customers
Our products come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns are return-to-base — you arrange and cover return freight. Refunds cover the purchase price only, excluding shipping costs.
Australian Customers
Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing defect, email through photos and a video of the damage. Upon acceptance of a claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns, the same 7-day window applies and return freight is at your cost.
Warranty (return to base)
From the original date of purchase, (residential use only):
- BLACKBOX tanks 20 years
- 750W and 1000W Ryobi pumps3 years
- 780W Ozito pump 3 years
- 750W & 1100W Trevoli pumps 2 years
- FAWS alarm systems 1 year
Warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal use. It excludes damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or general wear and tear.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or faulty.
