Shipping is charged per product and by region. At checkout, choose the option that matches your delivery address:
- North Island — Urban
- North Island — Rural (RD)
- South Island — Urban
- South Island — Rural (RD)
Free Store Pickup is available from our Dairy Flat location — just select it at checkout.
Returns & satisfaction guarantee
Every BLACKBOX system comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee (return-to-base). If it's not right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

From the original date of purchase, residential use only:
