The BLACKBOX-270 portable waste management system is a portable all-in-one waste disposal solution. It comes with a commercial grade wastewater tank and an automated pump system.

The BLACKBOX-270 portable waste management system is a perfect waste disposal solution for portable cabins, portable offices, a batch, vehicles used as an additional semi-permanent living, or general dwellings. It is the best solution to move waste water from a premise to a suitable waste disposal or grey water disposal location etc.

BLACKBOX-270 Portable Waste Management System – Performance

The BLACKBOX-270 will pump fluids up to 100 metres in distance or up to a head height of 8 metres (we recommend working on 80 metres distance or 6 metres head height – best to be conservative with toilet waste). The pump has a flow diameter of 40mm.

[1] Simple to install on the outside or beneath a building or recreational vehicle.
[2] Waste water from kitchen, bathroom, wash house and toilet drain into a 270 litre holding tank. Within the holding tank is a large capacity centrifugal pump  (750 Watt 15,000 litres per hour flow rate) with built in float switch. When the level of fluid in the holding tank reaches a certain level, a float automatically activates/turns on the pump. The pump then sucks out the waste water through a 40mm diameter outlet pipe. When the fluid in the holding tank drops to a certain level, the float switch drops and deactivates/turns off the pump.

They are located outside the building so that if there is ever a blockage/leak or any other problem, there is no mess inside and the toilet doesn’t have to be removed to get access like other macerator units.
